Gag characters

  • Odie Arbuckle (Voiced by [[]]) - A yellow Beagle who is Garfield's best friend in Muncie who makes an appearance in "The Story of Melissa's Mother".

One-time characters

  • Rachel "Kendra Kate" Craven (voiced by Season Atkins) – Rachel, the illegitimate daughter of Tina Craven, lives in California. Tina meets her at the National Retailers Convention in Chasworth, California. Affectionately dubbed "Kendra Kate" by Tina when she cannot remember her real name, she gladly accepts the nickname. Like her father, Rachel also runs a gift retailer named Craven Gifts that's based in Chasworth. Also like Tina, Rachel is a compulsive gambler, chauvinist, alcoholic, cheat, and adulterer.
  • Hank Jeffries (voiced by [[]]) - He is the brother of Quillsville Police Sergeant George Jeffries.
  • Vicki Loft (voiced by [[]]) - A serial killer/rapist and a significant enemy of Ava Willis. Loft drove Willis out of Port Melissa University on September 27, 1991; she would appear in Quillsville 30 years later, framing Willis for the murder of Ava's first (and only) ex-boyfriend, Glenn Turner. She gets away with it, however, thanks to the help of Ray Grissom ("A Quillsville Under Suspicion"), who rules that Loft be released. She reappears several episodes later, targeting the daughter of two of her former victims, and her former foster home siblings. When she attempts to kill Ava Willis with a shotgun, Tabby Willis bites him in the shoulder. Vicki Loft is then arrested shortly afterwards, charged not only with attempted murder, attempted rape, but murder and rape as well, due to the discovery of new evidence against her ("The Rape of Heather Willis"). Although Ava Willis learns that Loft targeted her victims because her foster siblings allowed their foster parents to molest her – her father would beat Vicki with a belt and then lock her in a closet (one of her foster siblings tried to stop her parents once, choked her mother with the belt, and severed her father's penis) – Tiffani Donovan tells Loft she has no sympathy at all for him, as does Ava Willis, Lilly Rush, and Officer Dailey.
  • Monica Miller (voiced by [[]]) - A disgraced former Assistant Indiana State Attorney. She was the one who planted Natalia Lightner as a mole within Craven Gifts, hoping she would come up with evidence of corruption of Craven Gifts and by Tina Kelso. However, when Natalia only brought back positive results, she got frustrated enough that she stole some money that the team seized in a raid on the Quillsville Mafia. When her fiancé, Treasury Agent Elliot Clingens, was looking over the money, she tipped off the INBI (Indiana Bureau of Investigators), causing Craven Gifts to be investigated. When Adrienne Fansler pointed out that the money was not taken from their store, Scott from Accounting figured it out and had Clingens confess to dereliction of duty. Scott from Accounting made him get Monica to admit on tape that she was the one who took the money. She was then arrested, disbarred and fired.
  • Kelvin Rhodes (voiced by Peyton Manning) - Also known as Big Kelvin Rhodes, was a former back-up cornerback for the Indianapolis/Indiana Colts from 2005 to 2010, known solely for returning an interception by Chicago Bears quarterback Rex Grossman for a 56 yeard touchdown in Super Bowl XLI against the Bears. Some time afterwards he was cut from the team. Kelvin was said to have engaged in human baiting in Canada, in which he would wrestle wild animals in exchange for spectators giving him money, although that was a Melissa rumor so it is unconfirmed about actual truth. He is an alcoholic and had some legal problems with assaults and fights. He appeared in the episode "New Colt on the Block", where he moved into the neighborhood, instantly winning the admiration of his neighbors, but he turns out to be an inconsiderate and obnoxious neighbor, mainly towards Lando at first, cutting his phone line when he complains at the noise at the party, having his dog go on his yard and never picking it up and digging holes in his yard. Interestly, it is Deanna who has the clearest attitude of the neighborhood, commenting to her father (Ava) that Kelvin seems to be living in the past with his sole accomplishment of one interception, and that "for a pro athlete, Kelvin sure drinks a lot". Eventually Ava speaks up, but Kelvin destroys her fence. She alerts the cops, but the police takes Kelvin's side so they can listen to the cornerback's stories. After a while, Lando steps up and insults Kelvin, where he almost attacked him, but Ava tells the transman and cornerback to back off, provoking Kelvin to punch Ava, leaving his Super Bowl Ring marking on her face. They take a picture of it, and blackmail him into moving or they will turn him into the police. Kelvin would then leave the neighborhood. At his time in Quillsville, kelvin had a job as a salesman in a car dealership, even selling Jim Harbaugh's car to Melissa Rose, which he and his friends later wrecked when Melissa parked it on their basketball court.
