Quillsville Police Detective Lillian "Lilly" Rush is a fictional character voiced by Kathryn Morris on the animated sitcom Queen of the Willis. She is the homicide detective of the city of Quillsville, Indiana, where the show is set.[1]
She is known as Quillsville's first female senior homicide detective after getting an offer from Mayor Kelso moving to Quillsville and left Philadelphia in 2010. She specialises in working current and cold cases with Quillsville Police Officers Tiffani Kendall and Justin Dailey. According to Lilly, "People shouldn't be forgotten, even if they're my kind of people. Maybe, they don't have a lot of money, they don't have lawyers, but they matter."
