Rösta för Flickorna

In 2013, Nadia announced on her show that she decided to become a judge on Rösta för Flickorna. A big fan of the web site in America, she enthusiastically accepted the offer as a moderator of the Swedish version of the site joining Ada Awakawa and Mara Berg. On December 5, 2014, Lorenzo's final pick, Lisa Ajax won the tenth season of Sweden Idol.

Despite strong ratings the following season the Swedish version of Vote for the Girls was canceled and the final episode aired on December 11, 2015 with Amanda Winberg becoming the final pick for Rösta för Flickorna.

In January 2016, it was reported that Lorenzo would relocate from Sweden to America and join the moderator panel of that country's Vote for the Girls.

Vote for the Girls USA

On July 29, 2016, it was announced after the cancellation of the Rösta för Flickorna, Lorenzo joined the American moderator panel. She was initially joined the pink team east with Holly Everman, Perri Johnson, Sophia Williams, Maci Blanca, and Breeanna Sorensen. On September 12, 2016, Nadia earned her very first victory as winning moderator as her Vote for the Girls USA flex pick, Leon "Kida" Burns, was declared the overall winner of the thirteenth season of So You Think You Can Dance, and in the process became the youngest winning moderator (at age 20) and the seventh winning moderator in the American site's history in her first season. Lorenzo joins Ava Zinn, Archibald Coolranch, Kymberly Alvaraz, Thia Tola, and Kendra Ray as the overall winning moderators on their first season on the moderator panel.

However, on October 31, 2016, Lorenzo moved from the pink to the purple team after she announced she was pregnant and in a relationship with Peta-Alyce Kaizer, with Kaizer adding Lorenzo's victory and in the process became the second duo moderator after Ava & Kymberly as the overall winning moderators. Lorenzo became the fifth woman to move from the pink to pruple team after Kymberly Alvaraz, Lanise White, Karly Jameson, and Thia Tola.

Deciding to pursue her presenting and acting career more seriously, Lorenzo decided to relocate to Miami, Florida in August 2016.
