Lydia Michelle Delagatto (born William "Bill" Bob Delagatto February 3, 1970 in Clearwater, Florida) is an American meteorologist and television weather forecaster. He is the weekend evening meteorologist at NoSirGifts-owned Indianapolis CBS affiliate WIFX in Indianapolis, Indiana. Before coming to WIFX, he was the chief meteorologist for WXWI-FTV in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, taking over for Ray Leep as the chief meteorologist in 1997 (he previously served as morning meteorologist until 1997).

He is also one of the male moderators of the popular and controversial site Vote for the Girls, of which he is in familiar company with former WXWI colleagues Ann Dwyar and Lanise White.

He is AMS Certified and while at WXWI, he was one of the five (5) meteorologists that are certified broadcast meteorologists of the WXWI weather department.

Personal life

Gender transition

In January 2017, Delagatto began undergoing a physical and social gender transition. In March 2017, a Wisconsin Court granted her request for a name change and she will legally completed her transition by 2019, when she will have her gender officially changed on all of her legal documents including her birth certificate. Because she wanted to have biological children and unlike the gender transition of Ava Zinn, Lydia Delagatto opted to do pre-operative sperm banking in addition to naturally conceivie with her boyfriend Luka Runecraft.
