(Part 2): A vigilante (identified as Jay Grissom, the father of Ray Grissom) faces trial for the beating death of a shoplifter. Meanwhile, Melissa and Ava attempts to decode the Nancy Bones' hit list (with Deanna's help) as her body count continues to grow, and Rush's cover is blown by Ray Grissom.
(Part 3): Jay Grissom's murder provides Ava, Melissa, and Quillsville Police with vital evidence to locate Nancy Bones and her accomplicae. Meanwhile, Captain Hunter works to bring down the corrupt Deputy Chief () and Rush turns to her sister and Rumer Moffitt to build a case against Ray Grissom.
(Part 4): Prostitutes in Quillsville are being murdered by a woman who lures them disguised as a bus driver. When Rush's sister from Philadelphia and Heather's daughter goes to the profession, they may be the next target.
*The episode was loosely based on T.J. Lane's escape from the Allen Correctional Institution in Lima, Ohio.

To confirm her suspicions, she hires Melissa to investigate the boy's background. Later, a prison guard's wife is kidnapped and held for ransom.
(Part 2): After Breeanna, Stan, Dominique, and Dylan goes missing when a prison transport is attacked Ava must find them. Upon learning of the identites of Stan, Dominique and Dylan he is targeted in order to get at Lt. Caine, who must find him before it is too late. Tripp also gets into trouble when it is suspected that he shot a deaf woman as the prisoners escaped. They must find the real culprit and exonerate Jane Jill before things get out of hand.

When a truck full of confiscated medical equipment is hijacked and the merchandise are released back into the public, Ava links the crime to Horatio Cruz, a man she banned from Craven Gifts years ago, and his sister, Monique Cruz, a woman she helped Tiffani Donovan put away for Deanna's rape. However, on the day of Monique's arraignment, a confiscated missile is launched into the Quill County Courthouse to aid his escape, with Reginald Wilson inside. Meanwhile, Quillsville Police investigates when A.A. is shot by one of the stolen weapons outside Bart Peterson Middle School. The episode ends with the shocking revelation that April Sack has been shot in the head.
