1^ For the site's first two seasons, all supported contestants fell under Zinn.
2^ From the site's third season onwards, all supported contestants for the So You Think You Can Dance and America's Got Talent competitions are chosen by Zinn.
3^ With the elimination of Whitney Carson during the ninth season of So You Think You Can Dance, the site declared an automatic make-up victory due to Girard and Maher residing in the same state (Florida).
4^ Following the eliminations of Grey on Team Adam, Shelbie Z on Team Blake, Tamara Chauniece and Amber Nicole on Team CeeLo, and Olivia Henken and Stephanie Ann Johnson on Team Christina, neither Holly, Michelle, nor Ariel had any remaining supported contestants after they were eliminated in the Live Playoffs during the fifth season of The Voice.
5^ With the elimination of Adanna Duru and Maddie Walker (respectively supported by Ava and Kendra), this particular elimination resulted in a six-way victory with the Pink Team moderators (with the exception of Kym, of whom transfered from the Pink Team to the Purple Team to join Ava under Team Ava & Kymberly) winning by default, and the Moderatrors' Save will be used on the remaining supported contestants during the fourteenth season of American Idol.
BoW^ Best of Worst Pick.
WILD^ Wild Card Pick.
A^ Supported contestant is considered as a male-female duo.
B^ Supported contestant is male vocalist approved by Ava Zinn based on appearance and vocals.

Footnotes
  1. During the third season of The X Factor, male-female duos were standardized in addition to female vocalists and girl groups.
The new male-female duo rule is often referred to as the "Alex & Sierra Rule", referring to Alex & Sierra. Although widely denied, site creator Ava Zinn allowed the site's moderators to make such male-female duos and groups as long as 50 percent (or more) females are in the group, was in reaction to the decision to not include Lyric145 in the previous season of X Factor. [1] [2] NOTE: On the episode cited above, when Alex & Sierra were chosen as a Vote for the Girls pick Zinn stated that this rule applies to all singing competitions. Alex & Sierra's win allowed Angie Miller to be inducted into the Vote for the Girls Hall of Fame
  2. During the American Idol 14 auditions, site creator Ava Zinn allowed Riley Bria as a Vote for the Girls M2F pick. However, the female moderators (Kymberly Alvaraz on the purple team chose Bria as her Best of Worst pick; Holly Everman, Kellie Rock, Lanise White, and Tracia Ward on the pink team) were allowed to choose Bria as her Vote for the Girls pick while the transfemale moderators (Ava Zinn[3], Rhonda Rhodes[4], Julia Passalt[5], and Kendra Ray[6] on the purple team) did not[7]. Holly Everman was subject to much criticism, particularly on Twitter, over her decision to choose Riley Bria and Nick Fradiani as her Vote for the Girls picks and she posted on her Wordpress site defending her decision to allow Riley Bria and Nick Fradiani as VFTG picks. Fans compared Everman's picks as bad as Ava selling off her virginity to Kymberly Alvaraz the year before. She also defended the fact that as the winning moderator of the nineteenth season of Dancing with the Stars, this entitled her and her fellow Pink team moderators allowing Riley and Nick as VFTG picks. Kymberly Alvaraz didn't face as much criticism as Everman did, though she dis select both men as her "Best of Worst" picks for Team Ava & Kymberly. As the creator of Vote for the Girls, Zinn is free to ignore the Vote for the Girls pick rules if she sees fit.[8][9][10][11]
  3. During the American Idol 14 auditions, site creator Ava Zinn allowed Fradiani as a Vote for the Girls pick under the Alex & Sierra rule. Fradiani auditioned with his significant other, Ariana Garvrilis (aka Yanni G), and Zinn declared Fradiani close enough to an Alex & Sierra pick for American Idol.[3][7]
