Olivia Cassadee Everman (born Oliver Edward Everman on September 10, 1996) is an American television personality. Prior to coming out as a transgender woman in 2015, she was known as Oliver Everman.

Life and career[edit]

Olivia Everman was born Oliver Everman in Muncie, Indiana, the only child of Garfield Everman (b. 1978 d. 2011) and Natalie Hompkinson (b. 1973 ). Olivia is also the paternal transgender granddaughter of Sabrina Everman (b. 1958), transgendered niece of long-time Vote for the Girls USA co-host Holly Everman.

Olivia Everman was the boyfriend of Kristina Polk for 15 years; the couple had one child born in 2012. Following their split in 2014, Everman came out as a trans woman and, in June 2015, changed her name to Olivia and began to refer to herself with feminine pronouns. On June 1, 2017, Everman married Cathryn Swaringen in Muncie, Indiana.

She graduated from Muncie Southside High School in 2014[1], which was the final graduating class of that school [2][3].

On June 1, 2015, Everman began undergoing a physical and social gender transition (the same day Bruce Jenner began transitioning to a woman now as Caitlin). She chose the name "Olivia Cassadee Everman" in honor of Olivia Chisolm and Cassadee Pope[4], both previously were supported by the original American adaptation Vote for the Girls franchise in 2012 (Chisolm was supported by Vote for the Girls for Duets competition and Pope was supported for the third season of the American adaptation of The Voice).[5]
