==Life and career==
Zinn was born and raised in [[wikipedia:Marion, Indiana|Marion, Indiana]] to photographer [[Elisa Everman]] and internet television personality/webmaster  Frank Zinn (now [[Ava Zinn]]) but grew up in nearby [[wikipedia:Muncie,Indiana|Muncie]] area. Within a year after Zinn's birth, Tiffani's parents broke up, <ref>??</ref> and was involved in a bitter custody dispute that lasted nine years between Ava Zinn and Elisa Everman. 

Zinn had a fraternal twin sister Sheryl "Shushu" Zinn (b. 1999 d. 2009), five half-sisters, [[Samantha Zinn|Samantha]] (b. 1993 d. 2020), Ashli (b. 1998 d. 2020), and [[Tabitha Zinn|Tabitha]] (b. 2003 d. 2018) and two half-brothers, Thomas (b. 1997 d. 2006) and Kenneth (b. 2015 d. 2018) on her father's side and [[Nermal Everman]] (b. 1994 d. 2015<ref name="NermalDeath">

Tiffani was also the niece of long-time Vote for the Girls USA co-host [[Holly Everman]] (b.1980 d. 2017), [[Garfield Everman]] (b. 1978 d. 2011), and [[Lynsey Everman]] (b. 1982 d. 2016).


She attended Muncie Central High School for her freshman year in August 2012 until moving back to Marion in 2013 for her sophomore year at her uncle's alma matter [[wikipedia:Eastbrook High School|Eastbrook High School]] before switching schools from Eastbrook to her father's alma matter [[wikipedia:Mississinewa High School|Mississnewa]]. Tiffani announced she will be attending Marion High School for her senior year in the fall of 2017. This made Tiffani Zinn having the rare distinction of attending four different high schools (Muncie Central, Mississinewa, Marion, and Eastbrook) before graduating.


Following the deaths of both her sister Shushu in 2009 and half-sister Nermal in 2015, Tiffani became the only remaining child of Elisa Everman until Tiffani's death. As of January 2016, Tiffani was one of four granddaughters of Jon and Sabrina Everman – along Tiffani's cousins [[Olivia Everman]] (daughter of [[Garfield Everman]]), Madison Matthewson (daughter of Lynsey Matthewson), and Ellie Everman (daughter of Holly Everman). Olivia (born Oliver Everman on September 10, 1996) followed in Tiffani's footsteps and began transitioning from male to female on June 1, 2015 (the same day [[wikipedia:Bruce Jenner|Bruce Jenner]] began transitioning to a woman now as Caitlin). Madison Matthewson was born a girl in November 2014, becoming the second granddaughter of Jon and Sabrina Everman and Ellie Everman was born on November 21, 2015.

Following the deaths of Thomas, Tabitha, "Baby Kenny" and Samantha, Tiffani became the only remaining biological child of Ava Zinn as Ashli and Kalvin were adopted by Ava Zinn outright. Ashli and Kalvin died on May 9, 2020 while half-sister Samantha died on November 30, 2020.

==Personal life, gender transition, and death==
On December 1, 2013, Zinn began undergoing a physical and social [[wikipedia:gender transition|gender transition]] exactly nine years after her father began her own transition. Tiffani's gender transition also saw her respective cousin and grand-cousin, Weasel Zinn and Robert Purvis as the only remaining male family members on Tiffani's paternal side of her family as of that date as many of the males in the Zinn family after [[1999-2002 Margaret Zinn family realignment|2002 have either passed on or transitioned to female]]. Tiffani will have a bilateral [[wikipedia:orchiectomy|orchiectomy]] performed the beginning of November 2017 before beginning [[wikipedia:Hormone replacement therapy (male-to-female)|hormone therapy]] in December. In July 2013, an Indiana Court granted her request for a name change and she will legally complete her transition by April 2020, when she will have her gender officially changed on all of her legal documents including her birth certificate. Because she wants to have biological children with her then-girlfriend, Jenna "J.R." Atkins, Zinn did pre-operative [[wikipedia:sperm bank|sperm banking]] in January 2014 allowing [[wikipedia:artificial insemination|artificial insemination]] to be used to produce genetic offspring with Jenna at a later date. This differs from her father's own transition, as her father wants to have biological children of her own and sterilization is not a requirement to undergo a valid sex change anywhere in the United States, Zinn's father (Ava) is keeping her external reproductive organs intact for the time being, of which has kept Ava Zinn from [[wikipedia:Hormone replacement therapy (male-to-female)|estrogen hormone treatment]] in order to transition to living life as a woman.

On June 4, 2018, Tiffani and Jenna welcomed a baby girl, Alisan Brynn Zinn, just 13.5 hours after Tiffani graduated from high school.

Shortly after Alisan’s birth, Tiffani and Jenna relocated to Fort Wayne in April 2019. 

On August 5, 2021, Tiffani Zinn died from complications of diabetes.


===Health and personal incidents===
Like her father, Zinn has suffered some minor physical and psychological health problems as well as other incidents. From 1999 until the deaths of both her paternal grandmother and uncle, Tiffani had suffered from child abuse that went unreported.{{citation needed|date=January 2017}} Greater health and personal problems caused by a custody dispute by [[Elisa Everman|Tiffani's mother]] and father that ended in July 2011 after nine years. 

In several Facebook posts posted by her father since 2010, it was revealed that Tiffani has repressed emotions from September 2002 until her gender transition. In one particular post by Ava Zinn, Tiffani has revealed resentment towards her own father, Ava; an allegation Ava admitted is her fault in 2017 after Tiffani was disgnosed with [[wikipedia:Type II diabetes|Type II]] [[Wikipedia:diabetes|diabetes]] (Ava Zinn stated in a Facebook post that Tiffani was diagnosed with diabetes from her paternal grandmother (and Ava's mother) [[Margaret Zinn]]). 

In another post by Ava Zinn, it was revealed in 2004, Tiffani was diagnosed with [[wikipedia:Asperger's Syndrome|Asperger's Syndrome]] a form of [[wikipedia:Autism|Autism]], which Ava Zinn stated Tiffani directly inherited.{{citation needed|date=August 2017}}
