'''Stuart Kevin Willis''' (to be known as '''Suzanne Jazzmine Willis''') is a fictional character in the American animated television series ''[[Queen of the Willis]]'' and part of the [[Wilis family]]. He is voiced by [[Alexandra Moffitt]] impersonating [[wikipedia:Bart Simpson|Bart Simpson]]. He is the second youngest male sextuplet and the the eighth child of Ava Willis and the fifth child of Angie Willis. Stuart's hobbies include skateboarding, watching television (especially ''I am Jazz'' and ''I am Cait''), playing video games and generally causing mischief with his yongest half-sister [[Brynn Willis (Queen of the Willis)|Brynn]].  Stuart has attended [[Vivica A. Fox Elementary School]] and has been in [[Deann Thatcher]]'s fourth grade class. While he is too young to hold a full-time job, he has had occasional part-time jobs. The respective gender transitions of Rhonda (formerly Ron), Suzanne (formerly Stuart), and Brittani (formerly Brian) were respectively the main focus in the [[Queen of the Willis (season 8)|season eight]] episode "[[Revenge of the Male Anchors 4]]", [[Queen of the Willis (season 9)|season nine]] episode "[[Ava is Ashamed]]", and [[Queen of the Willis (season 13)|season thirteen]] episode "[[And Now There Are No Men]]"

In "Ava is Ashamed", Ava felt she was fathering Rhonda and the two remaining male sextuplets too much and began acting more distant towards them after Rhonda was caught shoplifting. At the beginning of the episode, Rhonda protested at her over-fathering but as Ava's attitude changed, Rhonda felt bad and made it up to her and Angie.<ref name=AvaIsAshamed /> In a subplot in that episode, Stuart has his penis and testicles decapitated after being raped and molested by a female prostitute identified as Linda Mark and her boyfriend, Waler Growkowski after Ava shoots them dead.

 

After Stuart's male parts are found in the White River, Melissa performed Stuart's bilateral orchidectomy  and a rudimentary vulva was fashioned. Stuart was reassigned raised as female and Stuart chose to go by Suzanne.  Psychological support for the reassignment and surgery was provided by Teagan Fountaine, who replaced [[Lynsay Gerardo]] after she retired from at Quillville Family Therapy for consultations and to assess the outcome.  Stuart's reassignment was considered an especially valid test case of the social learning concept of gender identity as well as Suzanne becoming the fifth transgendered female member of the Willis family after Ava Willis (confirmed in "[[Quillsville Cold Case: Albert Willis]]"), Deanna Willis (confirmed in "[[Bowers for Two]]"), Tabby Willis ("[[Ten Years to Life]]"), and Rhonda Willis ("[[Revenge of the Male Anchors 4]]")
