In an episode of Vote for the Girls, as part of the site's reward for both Ava Zinn and Holly Everman, Ava came to Concannon's for lunch on July 19, 2014 after making the bicycle trip from Marion as Zinn was the winning moderator with her VFTG pick Tessanne Chin won the fifth season of the popular NBC show The Voice. Holly returned the favor (as she was the winning moderator with her VFTG pick Alex & Sierra won the third season of the Fox show The X Factor) by biking from Indianapolis to the Van Buren Popcorn Festival a month later in August 2014.
