Action News Lafayette, began in 2009 but not completed until early 2017, is a collective name for news for the Lafayette, Indiana area's Fox and CBS affiliates owned and operated by NoSirGifts. It was originated from Fox station WLIN's newscasts but now provides content for all of the channels listed above. After WWKI (then a CW affiliate and now a CBS affiliate since 2015) was sold to NoSirGifts in 2009, NoSirGifts took over operations at WWKI and merged both WLIN. Slow changes to WWKI were made until WWKI switched to CBS and now a multi-channel format is in place called Action News Lafayette.
NoSirGifts runs a very similar operation with other duopolies in markets which NoSirGifts owns and operates fantasy television stations.

12 WLIN[edit]
WLIN (called "12 WLIN") is the first station under the ownership of NoSirGifts Fantasy Television Stations after merging with Imperial Broadcasting. WLIN has been the Fox affiliate since the network's launch in 1986.
CBS 33[edit]
WWKI (CBS 33) was the second station under NoSirGifts after inTV Broadcast Group sold WWKI to NoSirGifts Fantasy Television Stations for $118 million, creating the market's first television duopoly under current FCC regulations with WLIN on April 19, 2009; the purchase was finalized on July 24, 2009.
