This template is for use as a shortcut for maiden names appearing in articles. It additionally takes a single optional parameter, the maiden name, creating a non-breaking space between the two words.
There's a properly-spelled redirect to this template at {{née}}, but hardly anyone is really going to use the "é" character for this; that's half the point of the template.
