Edd Stardell is a retired news presenter from Denver. He appeared on KIAA-FTV, the then-NBC affiliate in Denver.

Career[edit]

In 1967, Stardell began reporting for KIAA-FTV. Until his retirement on December 1, 2004, he covered thousands of stories and produced dozens of specials. He is best known for his work on KIAA-FTV’s 4, 5, and 10PM newscasts which he co-presented with Elaine Carson for 18 years and with Adelle Allen for 9 years after Carson retired in 1993, making the Carson and Stardell the longest tenured anchor team in Denver until it was surpassed by Kym Christian and Janet Webb at KDNC in 2013.
