ATE Media Corporation was an American holding company founded in 1982[1] that operated a number of fantasy television stations. Most of the stations were affiliates of the ABC television network. remaining stations were affiliated with the syndication service MyNetworkTV and one was a low powered weather station in Indiana.
ATE Media's president and chief executive officer was Patrice Rafferty. Rafferty had been a reporter for WHOO-FTV
